Insurance Loss Control Inspections & Surveys – Independent Contractor
I conduct insurance inspections on behalf, and at the request of, the insurance carrier, the underwriter, MGA, wholesaler or broker. The inspection may focus on a single line of coverage or multiple lines including: General Liability, Property, Inland Marine, Builder’s Risk, Contractor’s Liability, or Business Auto. An inspection generally takes about 30 minutes to an hour on-site to complete.
Loss control inspections may be part of an ongoing internal auditing by the insurance company and in compliance with your State’s Department of Insurance regulations. They are common in industries with inherently high risk exposures.
I work with several national risk service companies and cover multiple states including: Arizona, Nevada and Utah.
